SQN provided construction management support, including office engineering, quality oversight, and construction inspection services for the CREATE Beltway and East-West Corridor connection project in Summit, Illinois. The project included construction of a new double-track connection and crossovers between the BRC and IHB/CSX lines at Archer and 63rd, improving freight rail connectivity, reducing conflicts with commuter operations, and enhancing travel time, speed, and reliability. Additional work included construction of new industry lead track within Argo Yard.
