The O’Hare 21 program includes rehabilitation of several runways at O’Hare International Airport, including Runway 4R-22L. Scope of work involved a 3” mill and overlay of the runway and adjacent shoulders, new pavement markings, rehabilitation of in-pavement light fixtures, and installation of new ductbank, along with accompanying erosion control and landscaping.
