CDA O’Hare 21 Elevated Parking Structure

The 6-story elevated parking structure at O’Hare International Airport, originally built in 1973, required reconstructive efforts for concrete elements and the waterproofing system. Specific work items included partial & full-depth concrete repairs on top/vertical/overhead surfaces, joint seal replacement, installation of a new traffic-bearing waterproofing membrane, and repairing corroded post-tensioning tendons.
