SQN is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Control Program for the Central Detention Basin improvements. The project includes demolition of existing infrastructure, mass grading and embankment of approximately 500,000 cubic yards of lime-modified earthen material, and modifications to the basin’s 108-inch RCP outflow piping and pump station intake piping.
