SQN is providing construction engineering and inspection services for the Halsted Street and Chicago Avenue Bridge Replacement project, overseeing contractor compliance, project coordination, and documentation. The project includes replacement of the Halsted Street viaduct from Ancona Street to the North Branch of the Chicago River and the Chicago Avenue River Bridge with a new tied-arch structure, along with a new riverwalk connection, protected bike lanes, dedicated CTA bus lanes, upgraded street lighting, enhanced traffic signals, and other roadway improvements to improve safety, accessibility, and multimodal connectivity.
