SQN is providing construction inspection services for CDOT streetscape and infrastructure improvement projects through a task order contract. Responsibilities include construction oversight, quality assurance, quantity documentation, pay estimate and submittal review, schedule monitoring, and coordination with utilities, residents, and businesses. Projects include pavement reconstruction and resurfacing, concrete and sidewalk improvements, lighting and signal upgrades, sewer and utility work, alley and bridge rehabilitation, parkway restoration, landscaping, tree planting, and pavement markings.
