SQN is supporting the City of Chicago’s water infrastructure program through construction program controls, resident communications, restoration inspections, and construction management services for water main and service line improvements. SQN manages program performance tracking, scheduling, permitting, invoicing, reporting, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives to support successful project delivery. The program focuses on new water main installation, water facility repairs, and replacement of lead service lines throughout the city.
