The program consisted of drain repairs within the City’s right of way between Fullerton Avenue and the northern city limit. Work included excavating, removing and disposing of material, both wet and dry; tree stump removal and disposal, installation and removal of earth retention systems as well as placement of concrete base course and asphalt pavement, landscaping and site restoration.
