SQN, as a Joint Venture partner, provided Owner’s Representative services for CTA’s $280 million Red Line 95th Street Terminal Improvement Project. The design-build project included construction of a new terminal on the south side of 95th Street and extensive rehabilitation of the existing north terminal, including upgraded bus bridges, a pedestrian bridge, improved track-level access, and new elevators and escalators. SQN supported project delivery through oversight of design, construction, and closeout activities, coordination with project stakeholders, and quality and schedule management.
