SQN provided construction management and field engineering services for CTA’s Blue Line traction power upgrades, including improvements at the Canal, Barry, Damen, and Haymarket substations. The project included new substation construction, traction power equipment replacement, and system upgrades to support CTA’s new rail fleet. SQN provided contractor oversight, field coordination, and track access management to support safe construction while maintaining rail service.
