SQN provided construction inspection services for CTA’s Green Line track rehabilitation project between Laramie and Harlem/Lake stations. The project rehabilitated a 2.5-mile section of track infrastructure for the first time since the 1980s to provide a smoother, more reliable commute and proactively prevent future slow zones. With more than 75% of rail ties approaching or exceeding their useful life, work was primarily completed during seven weekend-long track closures.
