SQN is the prime consultant providing construction management services for the advance demolition and utility relocation work supporting CTA’s RLE program. SQN is responsible for project coordination, quality management, contract administration, and cost and schedule controls. The project includes demolition of affected residential, commercial, and industrial structures and relocation or disconnection of electrical, telecommunication, water, sewer, and gas utilities to prepare the corridor for the future 5.6-mile extension from 95th Street to 130th Street, which will include four new stations and a rail yard.
