Advance construction management services for demolition and utility relocation to support CTA’s Red Line Extension (RLE) program—preparing the corridor for the future 5.6-mile extension from 95th to 130th Street with four new stations and a rail yard. Work includes relocating or disconnecting electrical, telecommunication, water, sewer, and gas utilities, as well as demolishing affected residential, commercial, and industrial structures to enable the new right-of-way and improve transit access for Chicago’s Far South Side.
