SQN provided resident engineering and construction management support for CTA’s $1.2 billion RPM Phase One project. The project includes complete reconstruction of the Lawrence, Argyle, Berwyn, and Bryn Mawr stations, replacement of tracks, bridges, viaducts, and support structures between Leland and Hollywood Avenues, and construction of the Red-Purple Bypass north of Belmont Station. SQN supported track, traction power, signal, and communications elements through project coordination, field oversight, quality assurance, project controls, and coordination with CTA departments to minimize impacts to rail operations.
