SQN provided construction inspection services for CTA’s Next Generation Distributed Antenna System (NG-DAS) project, expanding 4G wireless coverage throughout the Red and Blue Line subway network. The project included installation of more than 40 miles of radiating cable and associated equipment to improve voice and data transmission across 22 miles of subway, making CTA one of the largest U.S. transit systems with full 4G coverage in its underground facilities.
