SQN was the prime consultant providing as-needed construction management and Phase III engineering services for IDOT District One projects. The two-year program supported 14 concurrent construction projects, including resurfacing, ADA ramp improvements, bridge removal, replacement and repair, shoulder reconstruction, and pavement patching. SQN managed the contract and subconsultants while providing construction oversight, field inspection, traffic control monitoring, quantity documentation, and daily reporting.
