SQN provided construction inspection services for IDOT’s SMART overlay project along I-55, covering an 8.5-mile corridor from north of River Road to north of the I&M Canal. The project included pavement milling and resurfacing, shoulder rumble strip installation, and associated roadway improvements. SQN provided on-site inspection, construction layout verification, quantity tracking, and documentation to support contract compliance and contractor pay estimates.
