SQN provided construction engineering and inspection services for roadway improvements along a 1.5-mile section of the Reagan Memorial Tollway (I-88) between York Road and I-290. The project included roadway and ramp reconstruction, bridge improvements, retaining and noise abatement walls, guardrail and concrete barrier installations, roadway lighting, ITS elements, signage, pavement markings, drainage improvements, and landscaping.
