SQN provided construction management support for the renovation of Rickover Naval Academy in Chicago’s Portage Park neighborhood. The project included phased renovations to more than 105,000 square feet of the 233,000-square-foot, 1953-constructed building to support an on-time school opening. Improvements included HVAC upgrades, electrical improvements, energy-efficient lighting, ADA accessibility enhancements, and classroom renovations, with SQN supporting subcontractor coordination, schedule tracking, quality assurance, and project administration.
