SQN provided construction management services for the 30,000-square-foot Rogers Elementary School annex addition in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood. The project included new academic and community spaces, a dining facility, kitchen, classrooms, and a connection to the existing school building, along with exterior improvements including a playground, basketball courts, landscaping, and stormwater management features.
