As part of Peoples Gas’ continuous improvement efforts of their System Modernization Program (SMP), SQN performed an analysis of its restoration workflow, systems, and the reporting provided to CDOT. The objective of this analysis was to identify opportunities to make the workflow more efficient and identify gaps or barriers that impact the reporting provided internally and externally with the result in program savings.
